After the resounding success of their Cat Laughs show last year, Soho Theatre – London’s most vibrant venue for new theatre, comedy and cabaret – is returning to Kilkenny!

With an unrivalled reputation for working with groundbreaking, edgy and unique talent, we couldn’t be happier to be bringing Soho Theatre back to do it all again. This very special takeover is set to showcase artists pushing the boundaries of comedy and includes a diverse array of playful and provocative performers. The show will be MC’d by national treasure and one half of The Rubberbandits, Blindboy Boatclub.

Jonny Woo is one of the biggest stars of London’s cabaret and alternative variety circuit. Known for his quick-wit, charm and beautiful voice, Jonny has performed all over the world, having recently completed a tour of Australia with Le Gateau Choclat. Jonny also co-owns the celebrated performance space and bar in East London, The Glory. It has quickly became a pillar of the cabaret and LGBT+ community, where Jonny Woo and other cabaret and drag stars regularly perform.

John Kearns is an actor, writer and comedian who in 2014 became the first person to win the prestigious Edinburgh Comedy Award only a year after being named Best Newcomer. Since then he has delivered his ‘richly, idiosyncratic comedy’ (The Guardian, 2016) across the world, notably picking up two Melbourne Comedy Barry Award nominations along the way.

Natalie Palamides is an award winning comedian (Best Newcomer- Edinburgh Comedy Awards 2017, Best Character, Improv, Sketch- Chortle Awards 2018) known for her absurd, clowning character comedy. She is also an established actor and voiceover artist in Los Angeles famous for being the voice of Buttercup on “Powerpuff Girls” and worked as a writer & performer at Upright Citizen’s Brigade.

Kiri Pritchard McLean is an award winning stand-up comedian, one-half of the All Killa No Filla Podcast and writer/director of award-winning sketch group Gein’s Family Gift Shop. As seen on Russel Howard’s Stand-up Central (Comedy Central), Kiri is a whip smart, unique comic voice and a star of the UK comedy circuit.
